AI Credits, in plain terms

One meter covers every action the agent takes for you — reading a document, matching a payment, drafting a reply. Here is exactly how it is counted.

  • 1 credit ≈ 1,000 tokens

    A token is roughly three quarters of a word. A short question costs a fraction of a credit; analysing a long document costs several.

  • Shared, and reset monthly

    The budget is shared across your whole workspace and resets on the first of each month. Unused credits do not carry over.

  • Never billed automatically

    When the budget runs out, the agent stops instead of charging you. You decide whether to buy a top-up pack or wait for the monthly reset.

How you pay, and where your data lives

Payments handled by Stripe

Checkout runs on Stripe’s own hosted page. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s infrastructure and never reach a Numezis server — we store nothing but the subscription reference Stripe gives back.

Which plan is right for me?

Starter is great for exploring. Plus fits growing teams running day-to-day operations, and Pro adds more automation and scale. Enterprise is for custom limits and controls.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is free with basic usage limits so you can try Numezis.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts for annual commitments, volume, and eligible startups. Contact us to learn more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards. Annual plans can also be paid by SEPA/CH bank transfer; Enterprise can be invoiced.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. Annual plans and Enterprise can be billed by invoice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

AI Credits: Starter must upgrade; Plus and Pro can buy top-up packs. Seats remain a hard limit. Other non-AI usage metrics use a soft buffer and never trigger automatic overage billing.

How are seats calculated?

Seats are based on active users in your workspace.

Do you have a startup program?

Yes. Eligible startups can receive discounts. Contact us for details.

Is the API included?

API access is available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we support Swiss data residency.
