Operator. The public website, customer-facing application pages, legal pages, and related online materials made available under the Numezis brand are operated by Numezis SA, a company incorporated in Switzerland and headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland (Numezis, we, us).

Scope of this notice. This legal notice applies to the public website and to public legal or informational content published by Numezis. Specific contracts, order forms, invoices, statements of work, or partner terms may contain additional mandatory notices or contracting details that apply to the relevant customer relationship.

General contact. For general legal or commercial inquiries, contact hello@numezis.com. For privacy or data protection matters, contact privacy@numezis.com. Support requests are handled through the support channels included in the applicable subscription, order form, or service package.

Representation and contracting authority

Only persons who are duly authorized under Numezis corporate signature rules, board resolutions, powers of attorney, or written delegations may bind Numezis contractually. No employee, contractor, partner, or reseller is authorized to make commitments, warranties, or promises on behalf of Numezis beyond the content of an executed written agreement.

Commercial discussions, demonstrations, product roadmaps, pre-sales exchanges, or support communications do not in themselves create contractual obligations unless they are expressly incorporated into an executed agreement. Customers should rely only on the written terms contained in the applicable order form, contract, or addendum signed by authorized representatives.

Corporate and registration information

Numezis acts through the legal entity identified in the applicable contractual documentation. Where required by law or by a commercial process, the relevant corporate particulars, registration references, invoicing details, and tax identifiers are stated in the applicable order form, invoice, quotation, or onboarding documents.

Requests for corporate particulars that are reasonably required for procurement, compliance, or due diligence purposes may be addressed to hello@numezis.com. Numezis may request sufficient context before disclosing internal corporate documentation, and may satisfy such requests through a trust center package, procurement response, or contractual annex.

Hosting and technical operations

Numezis operates its services using reputable infrastructure and service providers selected for reliability, security, and operational resilience. Depending on the relevant environment and service component, hosting, observability, communications, customer support tooling, and backup operations may involve carefully selected third-party providers acting under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are designed and operated on a Swiss-first basis, with primary production operations centered on Switzerland or on infrastructure configured to support Swiss and European compliance requirements. Additional information about security measures, data transfers, subprocessors, and support commitments is described in the Privacy Policy, DPA, SLA, or applicable contractual documents.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Numezis name, brand assets, logos, user interfaces, documentation, page copy, visual design, software components, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Numezis or its licensors. Access to this website or to the Service does not transfer any ownership right, title, or interest in such materials.
