The Role

You shape clear, calm, and trustworthy product experiences for Swiss SMEs and fiduciary partners. You turn complex administrative work into confident, understandable journeys.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX/UI for complex business admin workflows.
• Build and evolve the Numezis design system with engineering.
• Prototype, test, and iterate with real Swiss customers.
• Translate product strategy into clear, delightful experiences.

What You Bring

• 6+ years designing B2B software or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong practice in design systems, user research, and interaction design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates craft, clarity, and systems thinking.
• Excellent collaboration with product, engineering, and domain experts.

Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech, accounting, or compliance products.
• Accessibility-first design practice.
• Ability to write clear UX copy in English.
• Knowledge of Swiss market expectations.
