The Role

You lead dependable product delivery for Swiss SMEs and fiduciary partners. You turn complex needs into simple, well-crafted experiences and help the team make sound, durable decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer-facing improvements from problem framing through release.
• Build dependable product capabilities across user experience, services, and data.
• Raise the bar for quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Work closely with product, design, and domain experts to learn from customer feedback.

What You Bring

• 5+ years delivering production software, including senior-level ownership.
• Strong end-to-end product engineering judgement and a record of improving complex workflows.
• Care for clear, maintainable work and thoughtful review.
• Clear written communication and calm, constructive collaboration.

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B software or business-critical workflows.
• Interest in accounting, compliance, or operational products.
• Experience in small, high-ownership teams.
• Evidence of mentoring or raising engineering practice.
