The Role

You develop applied AI capabilities that make complex business work clearer, safer, and more efficient. You focus on useful outcomes, rigorous quality standards, and human accountability.

What You'll Do

• Turn real business problems into dependable AI-assisted workflows.
• Define practical ways to assess quality, safety, and usefulness.
• Partner with domain experts to make complex rules understandable and usable.
• Improve customer outcomes through disciplined experimentation and iteration.

What You Bring

• Experience building and improving production software or applied AI products.
• Sound judgement about quality, edge cases, and responsible automation.
• Ability to explain complex behaviour clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• A pragmatic, curious approach to learning from real customer needs.

Bonus Points

• Experience in finance, accounting, legal, or other high-trust domains.
• Interest in Swiss business operations and regulatory expectations.
• Experience working with sensitive data or controlled workflows.
• Published work, open-source contributions, or thoughtful technical writing.
